Getting a Windows error when running BIOS Agent?.
We need your help. If you run BIOS Agent and receive a Windows error reporting that the application has
encountered a problem and cannot run, we could use your help identifying and solving the problem. If you would like to help, please
do the following.
Download BIOS Agent from the main download page or from here.
Select Options button and enable the option for "Enable Debug Trace Log". Click OK.
Select Get BIOS Info button.
You should encounter the Windows error you are reporting.
You should find a debug trace log file in C:\batrace.log . E-mail us this file to ba_feedback@esupport.com.
