How do I know my BIOS has been upgraded? It still says the same version number.
It is important to know that the Award BIOS version number in many cases
does not change. However the "DATE" of the Award BIOS is critical. What
you want to look at is the BIOS ID string. The date of the string will
indicated that the BIOS has been upgraded. See below:
