Simply plug the POSTcard V3 into any 8 or 16 bit ISA slot and you are ready to begin troubleshooting your system. In seconds the POSTcard V3 is monitoring the BIOS POST (Power-On-Self-Test) sequence. Each BIOS POST test is displayed on the easy to read LED display on the POSTcard V3. The POSTcard V3 really shines when your system will not boot, just plug it in and wait for it to stop on the error code, and then simply consult the user's manual to determine the problem.

Resolve IRQ and DMA Conflicts

The POSTcard V3 will help you pinpoint and resolve nasty IRQ and DMA conflicts by monitoring actual activity on DMA and IRQ lines. Any activity is stored and displayed on individual LEDs until manually cleared, allowing you to keep your attention on the monitor. Displays status or IRQ3-IRQ7, IRQ9-IRQ12 and IRQ14-IRQ15 and indicates DMA0-DMA7 channel use.
