What to do before calling Tech Support

If you have a motherboard that has an Award BIOS or any other type of BIOS on it but was not purchased from eSupport.com and you need Technical Support assistance, consult your motherboard manual or the manufacturer of the motherboard.
NOTE: Due to the fact that motherboard manufacturers do extensive revisions to their products it is best to contact them or the manufacturer of your computer.
