Q: After my wife's iPhone recently died forcing me to go to the Apple store for help. The cause turned out to be that she had 4300+ photos and videos eating up her memory. I determined she had many duplicates and similar photos. I'm looking for the best way to clean up her phone and find all of the duplicate photos from her phone these days. Any suggestions for such a process or tool? Thanks...
– H. Sutherland, London

A: This is a very common problem. Many users don't realize how many duplicate or similar photos they have on their phone until it's too late. We recommend Duplicate Photo Cleaner. This useful tool is the only app for managing duplicate and similar photos you'll ever need. The latest version of Duplicate Photo Cleaner now works with your iPhone or Android phone. Just connect your phone to your PC and you're ready to instantly find and remove duplicates that eat up your valuable memory and cause performance issues. It looks for similarities in your images and easily finds duplicate photos. Duplicate Photo Cleaner also detects photos of the same subject, resized pictures, and edited images. Driver Tip: Why You Should Always Keep Drivers Up To Date

D rivers are simply a piece of software that allows higher level computer programs like Windows to interact with a hardware device. In other words, a driver allows Windows to recognize and work with the hardware in your computer. Windows itself incorporates some basic drivers for things like mice and keyboards but most drivers are created by the manufacturer of the specific hardware device.

Drivers are required for integral devices like graphics cards, sound cards, wireless adapters and network (wired/LAN) adapters but are also needed for external hardware like printers, webcams and scanners.

Updating a driver is often a useful first step in troubleshooting any hardware related issue in Windows. Also, driver updates are often released to fix an issue with how Windows works with a piece of hardware or to enable new features for it. Therefore, even if your hardware appears to be working fine now, we normally recommend updating drivers as a preemptive measure. This helps ensure that you don’t have issues in the future, especially if the date of your existing driver is already more than a year old.

Intel's overclocking assistant in the BIOS makes Overclocking even easier if tweaking for performance and the BIOS options are a little much. By contrast, those who do tweak can use the tool to find some good baseline starting points for overclocking based on the data that Intel has acquired through its testing of the platform. When set to Manual, the User must manually configure Performance questions. When set to Automatic, all Performance questions (including those in subscreens) are grayed out except for Processor Speed (GHz), Internal Graphics Speed (GHz), Memory Speed (MHz); the following questions are set as follows:

The search feature in Windows 10 is absolutely the most useful tool on the entire OS. No longer just meant to help you find a misplaced file, the search is integrated into systems menus as well. Click the search icon at the bottom left of your screen to get started. By default, the search window shows the top apps you use, as well as recent activities, so you can easily click on the programs and files you use most.
